Job satisfaction and its impact on productivity of a city high school Poza Rica, Veracruz

The aim of this research was to understand the impact of job satisfaction in academic productivity of a high school in the city of Poza Rica, Veracruz. Participating 207 students; 24 teachers and 11 administrative staff. The instrument measured Bournout syndrome and job satisfaction in teaching, which was adapted for students. The results indicated that students achieved greater recognition for their dedication, male students showed higher scores to consult their teachers and have greater ability to organize themselves into teams; the Administrative female gender showed higher awards based on their experience; men excelled in promoting a climate favorable work; the women teachers showed more managerial experience, the male teachers showed satisfaction in their work and their career prospects. Concluding on the need to raise labor diagnostic quality of any organization.
