Abstract

The degree of competitiveness in micro, small and medium enterprises (MIPyMES) and its relationship with human resources management has been analyzed in several studies because it is considered that it can have a great impact on the level of performance of these companies; So the question arises, is there a relationship and incidence between the processes of human resources management and the level of business competitiveness? The purpose of the research is to verify this relationship with empirical data of the state of Nayarit, in order to advance the state of knowledge regarding the determinants in the degree of competitiveness of the business and thereby promote the improvement of the conditions of this sector. It is based on the hypothesis that the MIPyMES of Nayarit are not competitive, finding that their level is not optimal, but not the expected one either.
