Abstract

In today's highly dynamic and competitive environment, knowledge management and innovation  play  an  important  role  in  the development and survival of organizations, and organizational culture seems to be the mechanism through which it is possible to promote both, since this Learning, participation and innovative behavior. Hence, various researches emphasize the need for organizations to promote and build cultural values and establish initiatives for knowledge management that allow them to generate, modify and preserve knowledge to develop innovation and remain competitive. Thus, the objective of this study is to explore the relationship between Knowledge Management,  Organizational  Culture  and Innovation in a sample of companies in the State of Querétaro. The results show that Knowledge Management  is  positively  associated  with Innovation and that Organizational culture can influence both Knowledge Management and Innovation but can also act as a barrier to the success of the same. Therefore, it concludes in the need  for  organizations  to build  an organizational culture      that      encourages      the     acquisition, conservation,     application     and     creation     of Knowledge; As well as fostering an environment conducive  to innovative  behavior  that fosters  the development of innovations, both in processes and products, with direct effects on competitiveness and organizational results.
