Abstract

This article on Workplace Violence shows the results obtained from the evaluations to identify and analyze the psychosocial risks of the reference guide II of the NOM-035-STPS-2018, implemented in nine workplaces of different lines, located in different cities of the Mexican Republic. Results were obtained using online software programmed with business intelligence in which the mentioned guide was parameterized. The results obtained show us that workplace violence is a recurring problem in the workplaces of our country, not preventing it brings serious mental health consequences for workers, such as depression, job stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, among others; also causing a high rate of labor turnover in organizations.
