Analytical description of the leadership style identified in teachers of Economic-Administrative sciences within two Higher Education Institutions in Puebla

This research shows the conclusions of a study whose purpose was to identify the type of leadership of teachers working in two Higher Education Institutions in Puebla, one public and one private. A descriptive analysis was carried out on a sample of 50 teachers belonging to the Economic-Administrative area, through the application of a survey to determine their leadership style (transactional, transformational or laissez faire). The data collected was managed through the Microsoft Excel software, which allowed obtaining cross-information on the results obtained. The final analysis of this information allowed to identify that the predominant type of leadership in the university teachers surveyed is transformational, among other relevant conclusions.
