Gap-organizational-climate diagnosis to determine labor conditions and influence on productivity in corporate-hulero in Chihuahua, Mexico

The absence of policies that strengthen the Organizational (Co) and Labor (Cl) Climate in Human Resources (Rh), affects quality and business productivity; It is important to promote them to strengthen and improve the work environment, avoiding desertions, rotation, accidents and phenomena that affect the final product and customer service, relying on philosophy (Gap), to the satisfaction of buyers. Rh working conditions and influence on productivity were determined, through diagnosis of Co, Cl and Gaps, in rubber company. Cl, Co and Gap conditions were analyzed, applying an assessment center assessment, to diagnose the relationship between productivity-schooling-service. From N = 250, a sample of n = 152 was obtained with a 95% confidence level and 5% error in three departments, analyzing variables: Orientation-results (Or), Order-quality (Aoc), Spirit-initiative (Ei), Leadership (Li), Tolerance-pressure (Tp), Communication (Cn), Orientation-client (Oc) and Work-team (Te) and Thought-analytic (Pa), applying Correlation coefficient (schooling-productivity). In Production, compliance was = 2.44 (61.61%) and Gap, = 1.51 (38.13%) vs = 3.96 (100%) expected, indicators below expectations = 3.96, while Ei (r = 0.59) it was low, the most critical being Tp (r = -0.06) and Oc (r = 0.19); Conversion: = 2.39 (60.35%) and Gap = 1.56 (39.39%) vs = 3.96 (100%) expected and (r = 0.73) average; Maintenance with = 2.66 (66.33%) and Gap, = 1.36 (33.92%) vs = 4.01 (100%) expected and (r = 0.55). The company must strengthen Cn, Li, Pa and Ei, which are more critical than with Gap, they must increase it to increase quality, Rh's commitment to the company.
