Abstract

 Since the nineties the topic of Intellectual Capital has been studied principally in the administrative science in order to understand the  process  of  those  intangible  assets  that are contained in the development of the organization, generating future value and facing to the changeable current dynamics. Same that demand the modification and creation of new activities contained in all the organizational   and   productive   process   of the organization. Under this context present this article derived of the research that has as objective to determine if there exists influential relation of the manager profile with the intellectual capital and innovation. It was a not experimental study, quantitative approach and correlational realized in 389 small and medium-sized  companies  corresponding  to the manufacturing, commercial and services sectors located in the state of Aguascalientes. From the statistical method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and once analyzed the results it was observed that the academic level influences significantly in the development of Intellectual Capital and Innovation of SMEs of Aguascalientes.
