Fundamental legal issues in business investment in a country

Abstract

The work tries to make clear that investments in a country are closely related to the establishment of a democratic and social rule of law. Public safety, legal certainty, the division of powers, the establishment of a constitution, democracy, transparency, accountability and human rights are some indissoluble elements

that should govern the economy, particularly the business establishment. At work some essential elements are developed for investors to put in place a business. Many of the investment raters analyze these elements to suggest risks in countries where businesses are installed. Therefore,  in  a  country  where  insecurity  is part of the system in the country receive less investment, generating less employment and few opportunities to escape poverty.
