Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on knowledge recovery and shared knowledge, based on data extracted from the Scopus database. Covering publications from 1998 to 2023, the analysis reveals significant growth in scientific production in this field, with a marked increase in recent years. The results show a robust international collaboration network, led by countries such as the United States, Australia, and Canada, with growing participation from Global South nations. The analysis of key terms highlights the interdisciplinary nature of the research, encompassing areas such as biodiversity conservation, traditional medicine, and climate change adaptation. Leading journals in the field reflect this thematic diversity, covering topics from social studies to environmental sciences. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of research on knowledge recovery and shared knowledge, identifying trends and opportunities for future research development. The findings underscore the growing relevance of knowledge and wisdom in addressing contemporary global challenges and the need for greater inclusion of diverse perspectives in this constantly evolving field of study.
