Abstract

This paper proposes a theoretical model and an evaluation tool built by blocks of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) as well as management of the Supply Chain (SCM), which through the fieldwork, the development of this research was the participation of managers in  SME  Manufacturing  Aguascalientes  with a sample of 288 companies. The goal of this study focuses on measuring the influence of the ICT variable with GCS. The collected data were analyzed with statistical analysis technique appropriate structural equations for the design of theoretical models support software EQS where the results show that the Information Technology and communication have a significant influence on Chain Management provision allowing emphasize that employers must implement strategies that impact directly on the benefits of the adoption of information Technology and Communication for better results in controlling the information they have on their activities in the provision of material resources.
