Job Satisfaction and Home Office: the Case of Employees at Yazaki Componentes de México, in Durango

The main purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation of job satisfaction with the home office of the Employees of an automotive company in Durango, México. The methodological design of the research was descriptive, non-experimental with a quantitative approach, applying the Meliá and Peiró (1998) and Barreto Cruz (2021) instrument, validated through Cronbach's Alpha with .914. The results reflect a weak correlation between job satisfaction and the home office, although statistically significant.
