Innovation in the educational processes of Educational Entities in the city of Riohacha Department of La Guajira

Worldwide, countries have developed in search of obtaining a more advanced educational level, which guarantees them to have a competitive knowledge of the school environment, which allows for the incorporation of innovation in pedagogical processes as a strategy that is dedicated to promoting adequate tools that facilitate the growth of their teachers. The purpose of this article is to carry out a training plan and courses that incorporate ICT tools, which are stipulated to develop and improve the knowledge of teachers in educational institutions in the city of Riohacha, having as theoretical support the authors: Mayorga (2019), Ramírez (2020), Ríos and Ruiz (2020), among others. It is a descriptive study, with quantitative methodology, with a non-experimental and field design, the personal survey technique was used. The results of this research are part of the training plan for the growth of the competitive level of teachers through the linking and management of ICT. Achieving an impact on the linking of innovative tools for educational development and quality improvement, having a didactic, pedagogical, investigative level and educational use of ICT.
