Abstract

The relationship of studies on women in the economic-administrative sciences is a topic with a growing presence in high-impact scientific publications. With this and considering the visibility that women have in the 2030 Agenda, the objective is to analyze the literature on studies related to women in the economic-administrative sciences to evaluate their progress in the last decade, through the use of tools belonging to scientometrics. A bibliometric analysis is carried out on a collection made up of 1,902 articles from the international Web of Science database in order to represent the information in a descriptive and graphic way. The results show that the research that relates to women within issues related to economic-administrative sciences requires the creation of new paradigms in order to achieve female empowerment.
