Descriptive analysis of the type of leadership in teachers belonging to faculties of Administration and Engineering in two Universities of the State of Puebla

This article presents the results of the research whose objective was to determine the predominant style of leadership in teachers belonging to two universities, one public and one private in the State of Puebla. The type of analysis was descriptive, using a sample of 50 teachers who were given an instrument on transactional leadership, transformational and stop doing. The data obtained was processed through the statistical software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), where regularity patterns were obtained for all the questionnaire items. The analysis of the corresponding results allowed to determine that the predominant style of leadership in the teachers surveyed is the transformational one.
