It is concluded that food sovereignty impacts the optimization of processes for social entrepreneurship from local agricultural production, for this reason provisions must be considered in the legal frameworks of the countries that systematize autonomy in government decisions at a strategic level for decision-making and technical conditions are systematized in support of democratizing processes and local development.
