This study examines the strategic management of the artisanal sector from the perspective of administrative sciences, focusing on sustainable development and cultural preservation. It analyzes the evolution of artisanal practices and their role in contemporary economy and culture, highlighting the importance of innovation and adaptation to modern demands. The research addresses the characterization of artisanal organizations, including administrative challenges in family businesses, such as generational succession and professionalization. The impact of the sector on economic development and social inclusion is explored, emphasizing community and female empowerment strategies. The study underscores the relevance of innovation in production and marketing techniques, including internationalization and the use of digital technologies. Strategies for sustainable resource management and cultural heritage preservation are discussed, including circular economy models and sustainable tourism. Finally, the future challenges and opportunities of the sector are analyzed, considering global trends such as digitalization and sustainability. It concludes that the integration of modern administrative practices, along with the preservation of traditional techniques and participatory management, is crucial for the sustainable development and competitiveness of the artisanal sector in a changing global context.
