Development of an Information Portal for Support and Research to the MSMEs of the State of Queretaro

Abstract

This study includes the design, development and implementation of an “Electronic Information Portal” for support and research to the MSMEs of the State of Queretaro”. The main structure of the site includes a content manager system which has tools to manage information related to MSMEs through a modular application of dynamic growth; as well as a survey manager to

facilitate the creating and conduction of online surveys; automatic data collection for analysis and  a  self  management  system.  It  aims  to be a benchmark for information, supporting, researching    and    analysis    for    decision-making  and  the  development  of  strategies and action proposals for strengthening and competitiveness of MSMEs.
