Abstract

This paper recognizes that in the context of economic globalization, the changes that occur within organized labor, demand from the workers new capabilities that enable better performance in their duties. This research is the study of multiple cases. The instrument used was the interview and written and electronic documents. The conclusions of this study are directed to two points. First, to think in the need to address training requirements issued by the effects of the global imbues labor markets and, on the other hand, in the most appropriate models for the identification and training of skills required in the flexible labor markets
