This document analyzes how the personal traits of a leader who leads the micro, small and medium enterprises when establishing the organizational culture in the company, so that approach to the implementation and development of internal as well as external strategies are aimed towards sustainability.
It tries to analyze the economic, social, and environmental impact that contributes with planet welfare. To this end, reflection is structured with the corresponding theoretical approach corroborated once inquired in fields.
