Code of Ethics
Ciencias Administrativas. Teoría y Praxis speaks out against bad practices carried out by authors, reviewers, or editors of the journal. Among the condemned practices are considered:
From the authors:
Plagiarism/self-plagiarism, excessive self-citation, redundant publication, fabrication or falsification of information, citation manipulation, alteration of images, simultaneous submission of the same article to another journal, null citation between two linked articles, non-protection of study subjects or participants, undeserved authorship, and academic, personal, economic, political or commercial conflicts of interest.
From the reviewers and editors:
The imposition of citations, publication bias, inadequate review due to incompetence or lack of commitment of the reviewer.
If any of these practices are identified through access to information on the internet, the review process, the use of anti-plagiarism software, and/or the anonymous complaint will result in suspending or modifying the evaluation process or the retraction or modification of an article already published, where appropriate, following the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the American Psychological Association.
