Copyright and licenses

Once a text has been approved for publication, the author must sign a NON-EXCLUSIVE USE LICENSE and send it to the Editorial Committee accompanied by a copy of official identification. By granting this license, the author allows Ciencias Administrativas Teoría y Praxis the edition, reproduction and publication of the corresponding text, non-profit and free of charge or royalties.

The authors retain the moral and patrimonial rights of their works. They only grant the Ciencias Administrativas Teoría y Praxis journal the non-exclusive license of use for the first publication of this. Therefore, the authors may make other independent and additional contractual agreements for the publication of the article, review or other text originally published in Ciencias Administrativas Teoría y Praxis or with modifications (including the title) as long as they clearly indicate that the work was published by first time in Ciencias Administrativas Teoría y Praxis.

Since Ciencias Administrativas Teoría y Praxis is an open access publication, readers can fully or partially reproduce its content as long as they properly credit the corresponding authors and the journal itself.

The works received by the Journal must be unpublished. Responsibility for permissions to partially reproduce material, whether text, tables, or figures from other publications, and to correctly cite the source belongs to the authors. The comments that appear in the articles do not necessarily reflect the thoughts of the Journal and the collaborations are published under the responsibility of the authors.

Likewise, the Journal reserves the printing and total or partial reproduction of the material rights, as well as the right to accept or reject the article. It also reserves the right to make any editorial changes it deems appropriate.

When submitting a collaboration proposal, authors must indicate their acceptance of the above terms by checking a checkbox that will be displayed on the Submissions form.
