Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that impact female entrepreneurship and its relationship with business participation in Metropolitan Lima. A quantitative methodology was employed, using a structured questionnaire applied to 264 female entrepreneurs from a district in Lima. Descriptive, correlational, and multivariate analyses were performed using the PLS-SEM technique to validate the proposed model. The results show that economic and social factors significantly influence female entrepreneurship, while personal factors, though important, were not statistically significant. The study also demonstrates that female entrepreneurship positively impacts business participation, underscoring its relevance to the region's socio-economic growth.
