Abstract

This study characterizes the supply chain for fisheries and aquaculture in Baja California State  from  their  business  skills  regarding their key elements, configuration, archetypal and cooperation forms. Data collection was conducted with support from a questionnaire applied in situ. It is a sample survey of 112 nodes, the analysis is performed with descriptive statistics and techniques of social network analysis. The results illustrate a focused small building supply chains with traditional archetype configuration. The nodes practice cooperation but does not generally occur, this aspect is the challenge to move to settle as competitive supply chain.
