The Exercise of the Vote of Mexicans abroad, beginning In 2014

Abstract

The constitutional, legal, and conventional foundations build procedure so that Mexicans living abroad exercise their fundamental right to vote, but that is not only sufficient also requires that States make additions and amendments to its Constitution, to allow the vote from abroad, are also necessary public policies that must manage and establish the INE to protect the rights electoral politician of Mexicannationals,

in the same way, is necessary to disseminate and  spread  knowledge,  exercise  their  right to  vote  and  your  personal  data  is  handled as confidential, the foregoing, seeks to consolidate a democracy of quality embedded in the collective and theexercise of power, contributing to a public body legitimated to a vision of globalization.
