Abstract

This is a cross-sectional, quantitative and inferential research, the analysis unit is the UAMZM-UASLP, and the observation unit is top- level students. The research aims to estimate the knowledge level that students of the campus UASLP in Rioverde city have, in relation to the theme of quality; also it wants to know if there is a difference of this knowledge in the three areas that are taught there and if there is an increase in this knowledge by comparing the level of students in basic semesters with students in advanced semesters. A questionnaire was applied to a sample of 376 students, randomly selected. The results show that the three areas have a similar level of knowledge about quality and there is little development of knowledge during their training. It is concluded that the level of general knowledge on the theme of quality is not good.
